I work on a flat bid basis or by the hour, depending on the job or your preference. I take pride in my work, and every job is done as I would do it for myself. I do not request any money up front, nor do I request any payment until the job is done and you are satisfied. I show up as promised and get the job done. I live by the Golden Rule in both my work and personal life, and can be depended upon for quality workmanship. Since I am retired, I do this work at extremely reasonable rates and I offer free inspections and quotes. I will not perform any work that is not strictly in compliance with all regulatory codes.
