"We cannot say enough good things about Jay’s Firewood and Mulch. This was our second time using them, and once again, they exceeded every expectation. They came out to cut down two very large, very dead trees that were an extreme hazard. After seeing how dangerous the trees were, they recognized immediately that they needed to come down right away. Their professionalism, knowledge, and urgency truly stood out. Not only did they safely remove both trees, but they also cleaned up all of the debris and left everything looking great. Their level of care and professionalism is unmatched. Honestly, they essentially saved our lives by taking care of such a dangerous situation before something terrible happened. "While more expensive than I had originally hoped, it turned out to be worth the cost. Due to the location of the tree (overhanging the neighbor's house and yard, the narrow alley access and the nearby powerlines), they brought in a bucket crane. I was impressed with the expertise and safety precautions displayed. The tree was removed without disturbing anything and the crew did a thorough cleanup before leaving. They even removed a Mulberry tree we discovered growing in the fence line behind the original Maple. Epic was very professional and did the job quickly. I was very impressed and quite satisfied with the work. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a tree removed."
