Pricing was very fair and response time to questions or requests was very punctual. JR really cares about the work and is willing to take on new projects (even if hired for a different reason) to get your house in tip-top shape. "PLEASE  Consider this contractor when pursuing a competitive quote for your home remodeling .  While they did not win our bid they made it extremely  difficult almost agonizing in making the choice we did.  The pricing was a small factor in our decision.  I feel that even though they did not get the job it may be because  my communication on what the job was.  In the end the ultimate decision we have to make on our own.   I felt like they were very professional in conducting their bid to the extent that they had an architect look at the project.  In talking with them over a couple of visits I felt they were very trustworthy and easy to talk with.  I went to Angie's list looking for qualified persons to bid my job and maybe they didn't have as high of a rating but they certainly were professional and worthy of consideration at least the opportunity to bid the job.
