They did not complete the job. Destroyed bushes on the property, left debris in the street and did not remove the tree stub. Failure to communicate.

They work with you to meet your needs and budget. I am very Saudis with their promptness, and all the staff were cordial, and efficient. They cleared my tree from the property in an hour or less. Great work, team!

While more expensive than I had originally hoped, it turned out to be worth the cost. Due to the location of the tree (overhanging the neighbor's house and yard, the narrow alley access and the nearby powerlines), they brought in a bucket crane. I was impressed with the expertise and safety precautions displayed. The tree was removed without disturbing anything and the crew did a thorough cleanup before leaving. They even removed a Mulberry tree we discovered growing in the fence line behind the original Maple. Epic was very professional and did the job quickly. I was very impressed and quite satisfied with the work. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a tree removed.

Great service. After the estimate, the crew showed up less than an hour later to do the work. They were efficient and checked with me several times to make sure I was happy with the job. They cleaned up after themselves before they left. Absolutely would hire again.

They showed up I had an appointment had to leave them. When I returned the tree was down cleaned up they were gone. They did a good job. I was very satisfied.

Wasnâ t told the company did not take charge cards until we were due to payâ ¦ Fortunately we had enough money in our checking account to be able to pay the $950â ¦ We had planned on using our charge card, so weâ re very taken back when told at the completion of work we had to pay cash
