"We had them come fix cracks in our basement, a few days later we found some hidden cracks and they came back and fixed them for no additional cost. We also had them do repairs to our chimney and our driveway cracks filled. We are very pleased with the workmanship!!"

"Dillion and his crew repaired the back wall of my house by replacing bricks that were damaged and Tuckpointed it. I also hired them to repair my fireplace damper and to put a liner in my chimney flue. They did an amazing job, cleaned up, and finished in a timely manner."

"This is an amazing team consisting of a father and a son. They are very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and have superb customer service skills. We were very fortunate to find them and would highly recommend them for any of your Chimney cleaning and repair needs. They will exceed your expectations.
I originally contacted them via Angie's List and made a typo in a phone number. When they could not reach us, they stopped by our house and asked if we were still interested in the service. I was amazed! Usually when we try to contact businesses requesting a quote, about 50% of them never call us back., and it is not because I provide inaccurate phone numbers :). This was a one time accident. So it was very refreshing to see them stop by when they were in the neighborhood just to check on our needs and interest.
After we described the problems with our chimney, Josh was able to provide us several options and pricing right away. He was able to explain in common terms pros and cons of the proposed solutions, and answered all our questions. He was also able to schedule the repair right away. We had our chimney cleaned and fixed within a week, were provided exceptional customer service and had a pleasure to meet the best chimney professionals in town. Again, do not look for anybody else, this is the team to hire for your chimney service, they will take an excellent care of you and your chimney and will charge you a fair price!"

Chimney Repair questions, answered by experts

It is generally worth repairing leather furniture rather than replacing it, as it is typically more affordable and the material tends to retain its value. A typical repair averages around $250, which is significantly less than the thousands of dollars a replacement could cost. Even a full reupholstering, which can cost up to $4,000, may still be more economical than buying new. With proper care, repaired leather furniture can last for many years, making the investment worthwhile. However, if the underlying structure or frame of the furniture is damaged or malfunctioning, replacement might be a better option. The quality of the leather and the furniture piece are also important factors. For a definitive answer, it is best to consult a leather repair professional to assess your specific situation.

Whether the leather repair is worth it depends on the extent of the damage, the cost to repair, and the value of the leather item. If the leather is part of an item that’s very expensive to replace, then attempting to repair it may be worth it. Also, if the leather piece holds great sentimental value, it’s worth restoration or repair, if possible.

Depending on the quality of the leather, this type of upholstery can last anywhere from 5 to 20 years. The more time you invest in the care and protection of the leather, the longer your leather furniture is likely to last.

Wood furniture is usually vulnerable to water damage. However, larger furniture tends to have a high chance of being salvaged as long as it hasn’t been standing in water for more than 24 hours. You can restore bedpoles, table and couch legs, and other wood parts that haven’t been fully saturated. Meanwhile, smaller objects like decors or furniture with fabric wrapping may require full replacement.

To prevent sagging, consider both the material and the span of the shelf. Using sturdy materials such as plywood or solid wood can provide better support than particleboard. Additionally, limiting the shelf span to 36 inches or less can reduce the risk of sagging. For longer shelves, incorporating center supports or brackets can offer additional reinforcement.
