"This is an amazing team consisting of a father and a son. They are very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and have superb customer service skills. I originally contacted them via Angie's List and made a typo in a phone number. When they could not reach us, they stopped by our house and asked if we were still interested in the service. I was amazed! Usually when we try to contact businesses requesting a quote, about 50% of them never call us back., and it is not because I provide inaccurate phone numbers :). This was a one time accident. So it was very refreshing to see them stop by when they were in the neighborhood just to check on our needs and interest.
After we described the problems with our chimney, Josh was able to provide us several options and pricing right away. He was able to explain in common terms pros and cons of the proposed solutions, and answered all our questions. He was also able to schedule the repair right away. We had our chimney cleaned and fixed within a week, were provided exceptional customer service and had a pleasure to meet the best chimney professionals in town. "He actually cleaned my sister's chimney too and did some repair work. He charged me extra. The guy who came out and did the work kind of explained everything to me, what caused the cracks and the dangers and stuff. I don't know anything about fire places but he kind of explained it all."

"Terry came out and gave us a quote. He was able to get out and get the work done within 2 days of giving us the quote. He was on time. Worked quickly and did an excellent job. His clean up was thorough, so that other that the work he did you could not tell he had been here.
The job did not take as long as he had estimated so the final bill came in below the estimate. He also gave us some tips on how to maintian the chimney.
We will definitely be calling him again for any other mansonry work.

"Wanted to fix the problem caused by large Pine and Magnolia Tree leaves continually clogging gutters causing periodic water damage. Decided to install good quality Gutter Guards and fix the current water damage.
Al kept me informed at least a day in advance of his schedule and arrived when promised which I appreciated.
Below are some of the task I watch Al and his brother do and was very happy with the quality I saw.
Gutter Guards
Pressure washer cleaned gutter, downspouts, and surrounding area.
Removed gutters and installed metal protection on fascia board where needed
Adjusted gutter angle to make sure water drained correctly on all sides
Installed and screwed in Guards on all the Gutters to keep in place
Added Metal End caps to prevent squirrels and bird access to gutters.
Corrected a Gutter Problem that caused leaves and debris to collect and build up at one section of the roof allowing water to
flow over sides.

"From estimate to repair excellent service and satisfaction. It was awesome our on-site inspection was same day as our call and we received our estimate next day. And was even available to answer our questions before and during repairs. We had a tree fall on our house that caused fractures down our chimney, other companies we had come out didn’t find the underlying damage- they not only found our structure damage but fixed us up!
