The cost was very reasonable. He never pressured us to buy a new window which would have cost much more. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and there was no trace that they had even been in the house. Thanks JD it was beautifully done.

"Very well. They are craftsmen. Put up plastic barriers to keep down the dust in the rest of the house. They did a wonderful job. Our new bath looks beautiful. His designer helped me turn my ideas into real world structures. The materials they used and the workmanship of their installation is first class. They are a little more expensive than some but they can do all the things you want them to and do them correctly. We are very pleased with their work.

The follow up, they sent a guy over and he took the trim of the door, took some pictures and left. Every time I called them they said, "We got your file right here, somebody will be calling you!"
