She was very personal able. Very nice and knew exactly what she was doing. Only issue is that there is a problem with a receipt if you want one. She still hasn t sent me a receipt as promised after numerous requests.

"I completely understand the upset over the receipt. I had e-mailed it to the wrong address and it took until after the new year for it to kick back to me. Weird. To make matters worse I did not see this review until today due to pre-holiday prep and corresponding 2 week vacation. The invoice has finally been re-sent and I hope that this type of unlucky string of events doesn't occur again."

Cara spent hours repairing a leaded glass window in the excessive heat outside. Although the project ended up being more extensive than originally thought (due to other's installation error), she only charged the original quoted price. Wonderful worker and highly recommended.

Cara was timely for her initial appointment and each succeeding meeting. She listened to what our window plans were before she offered designs. Her designs were customized for our church. The windows were more beautiful than we had expected. She and her installer placed the windows on schedule and expertly. Cara Humphries Studio's work is superior, affordable and the customer service is outstanding.
