He was very through inspecting the carpeting, vacuuming and cleaning. Due to the delay in his arrival he treated the carpeting at no additional cost. "This couldn't have gone better! They had professional movers come and move all our furniture downstairs which was no easy feat since we have massive furniture. They wrapped everything and were very careful. The carpet came out and they started on the wood. They showed up at the exact time they said they would and left right on time. The people doing the work were friendly and professional. They were careful not to make a mess in the rest of the house by taping plastic around to reduce the dust. The whole thing took 6 days total including them moving our furniture back. We also had them paint two rooms while the furniture was out and they did a terrific job on that. 
If you are looking for a contractor who does what he says he will do, on time and on budget- Travis is the one!
Our floors look gorgeous. This was a terrific experience, especially when you hear horror stories about renovations.
