Unfortunately we hired this pro and signed a contract but they ghosted us. Our original appointment was rescheduled by them due to an emergency but we never heard from them again, after multiple attempts on our end (call, chat, text). They asked to reschedule from the morning they were supposed to start (Tuesday) to the weekend. When I tried to see when on the weekend I never heard back. I messaged Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with no response and called on Saturday. Sadly, they never showed. They were so prompt and communicative and were a pleasure to work with before they rescheduled. Emergencies happen and life is crazy, but the lack of communication is hard to work around. Especially since we signed a contract and aren?t sure if we are legally stuck to it and can?t hire someone else. I?m sure the work would have been excellent, as they have great reviews and were very personable in the quoting and hiring process.

Secura Nexum was absolutely amazing. He showed up on time exactly when he said he would, he was very polite and he did an extraordinary job of putting a 11 drawer vanity desk together with minimal instructions and he did it beautifully and in record time. The best way I can describe his work is, he is a genius and he’s reliable, and his prices are fair.

These guys kept us informed of their arrival time which is a great improvement of the more common 4-8 hour windows. They were able to complete the work and provide a very good hands on tutorial on how to use the system. Once we adjusted the temperature to our liking, everything worked smoothly!
