Legacy Roof Company, LLC

I payed a 50% deposit for the cost of my roof in mid September. It is now December with no roof replaced. I can't get any responses via email. When I try to call the office, it says the number is disconnected. When I call Aaron on his work phone I get no answer, only messages saying he'll call back ASAP. He never calls back. I can't recommend business with this company until they improve on their communications and actually replace my roof. I'll update and change my review if that happens.

Legacy and Aaron were great, as an out of state property owner, its incredibly important to use reliable people who choose to do the job right the first time, and don't need you leaning over their shoulders. This is the company for that! great work!

I appreciate the fact that this roofer picks up the phone, responds and shows up to do the work. Everything was explain to me in detail and I could see that this roofer was very knowledgeable and has integrity. Legacy Roof Company did an excellent job on our roof. Aaron was very thorough in his explanation of our options which involved repairing vs replacing the roof. We decided to replace the roof, and the job was done quickly, professionally, and everything was cleaned up nicely. Aaron was communicative through the process and came back to make sure everything was done correctly. Highly recommend!

Excellent. Legacy Roof Company, via Angie's List, offered a roof maintenance/repair/tune-up for $99. We do this at least every other year so the seals around the plumbing flashings and heat stack (furnace pipe) can be checked, shingles replaced/re-positioned, etc. Aaron was very competent and professional. We learned that Legacy Roof Co is a family owned roofing company that has been in business for decades. It was evident, both from his detailed communication of what did on the roof and from the general conversation that we had after he was finished, that he was a very skilled, experienced roofer...very good at his craft. We would have absolutely no reservations, whatsoever, using Legacy Roof Co for any future roofing work we might need...including roof re-placement if that ever became a need. And I would certainly trust the company in helping me make that decision. Solid company, solid people. That's my 2 cents.

Aaron is absolutely great. He's always responded quickly and done excellent work at a fair price. He takes pictures and shows you exactly where your issue is and explains how he's going to fix it. He even follows up! After doing some patch work for me he called a few weeks later to see if he could come by and check up on it to make sure the cold weather didn't impact the repairs. Now THAT'S great service. Totally recommend this company. Very trust worthy.

Aaron was up front and honest from the beginning. His bid was the only one of several that mentioned an obvious problem with our chimney. I suspect that the other contractors might have brought it up during the job and up-charged us. His replacement cost for ply board was substantially less than others. He was able to fit us in earlier than anticipated, per our request. Aaron is an excellent person who has a work ethic that is hard to find these days and he prides himself on the great product line he uses. Stellar experience!

It took them a little longer than expected to get us on their schedule, but when they made it out, they did very good work - we're very satisfied.

Aaron gave us a very detailed, affordable proposal to replace rotted facia near our gutters and on the chimney, as well as replace drains that were too small with new, larger drains so that our roof would properly drain. Aaron and his team worked tirelessly, removing an numbering cobbles of our patio and replacing them perfectly after installing the new drain under our patio. They worked into the evenings, and did a fantastic job. Our house finally drains properly! Thank you, Legacy.

We recently were in the market to re-roof our detached garage. Our desire was to match the garage roof to our home roof in the same vinyl coated steel that was previously used on our main residence. Even though the exact match had been discontinued, Aaron sought out and found an identical match out of a warehouse in Texas, while his competitors went with the “we can get it close with this other brand” approach. In addition, Legacy Roofing, provided us with the lowest bid, by a fairly substantial margin. Along with the customer service provided, Aaron and his crew did an outstanding job in the removal and cleanup of our old shake roof in a timely manner. Legacy Roofing had called prior to coming to keep me posted of any changes and their arrival...they were very prompt. They assessed the leak and took pictures to show and discuss with my husband where and what was causing the leak. It was something very small, thank goodness, but they also included a walk through of our entire roof and provided us with our roof conditions and what to look for in the future. They fixed our leak on the spot within an hour and were very friendly and professional. I would definitely call them again if we have any future roof issues. Excellent work!!
