"Road Runner called us immediately after submitting the request on Home Advisor and they were at our house within two hours. Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."

"It was really good. They were on time. They knew exactly what they were doing. If I have any questions, they answered it. They did a quality work."

"Very well! They arrived quickly and finished the job in a matter of hours."

"Very professional and knowledgeable. Extremely pleased with their work and ability to answer all our questions. Loving our water!! Would highly recommend The Water Guys!"
