"Replaced water heater, replaced shut off value for sink, and replaced toilet flappers in toilets. I was originally interested in hybrid water heater. Got a regular water heater because thinking of selling house. Reusser did not talk about cost of operation of lower price heaters. The water heater we got estimates $419. a year and our old Rheem was $421. a year from 1995. Not happy with cost of new water heater. Alot of my fault for not asking more questions. But got no input/ questions from installer about energy savings. This kind of makes up my mind to get out of this house and move to warmer climates. Hate snow/ winter. For a savings of $2. a year is insane for a difference of 23 years difference in manufactering.. New water heater installed 01/11/2019. Great work on all projects from him. Would use again for work."

Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.
