"Replaced water heater, replaced shut off value for sink, and replaced toilet flappers in toilets. I was originally interested in hybrid water heater. Got a regular water heater because thinking of selling house. Reusser did not talk about cost of operation of lower price heaters. The water heater we got estimates $419. a year and our old Rheem was $421. a year from 1995. Not happy with cost of new water heater. Alot of my fault for not asking more questions. But got no input/ questions from installer about energy savings. This kind of makes up my mind to get out of this house and move to warmer climates. Hate snow/ winter. For a savings of $2. a year is insane for a difference of 23 years difference in manufactering.. New water heater installed 01/11/2019. Great work on all projects from him.
