"Mark Kane....very professional. Did a more than excellent job rebuilding my master bath toilet. Did not leave any mess, left bath / toilet room very clean and took the old tank parts away. "Great. Old water heater busted during the holidays. Don came out to replace with a tankless model on New Years Day. He came back a few days later to address a whistle noise (fixed with a larger gas line) and install recirculation line for instant hot water to back of house at no additional charge. I'd recommend Road Runner highly based on my experience."

"We pay yearly but we have this is included with our rental property. They are pretty good on most things. We had a hot water heater replaced and they did an excellent job on that. They are very quick on their response. They dont come out here. It is all done on the internet.  I just like the idea that one time service charge is so much better than trying to hiring someone to come in. It is more about convenience. It pays for itself."
