"If I could give this guy a zero rating I would. He came 2-19-20 to give us an estimate on our failing toilet and drippy faucet. He was coming yesterday, 2-21-20, to do the repair at 3:30pm. My husband took the afternoon off work to be home. At 3:40pm he still was not here, so I called him. He told me I should **get someone else**. He comes across as a **good old boy** and will talk your leg off. Even about other customers. He drives a retired vehicle and I would think would have ample room to stock normal plumbing repair parts such as a toilet fill valve one would think. Unreliable. Move on from him is my opinion. My husband was so mad he watched online videos, and did the necessary repairs for $20."

"Marc and his son are really nice. They did a great job. I had a shower drain that was leaking and he fixed that for me to. So I had a big hole in my dinning room ceiling that I had him repair and there was a ceiling light that I have hated for 19 yrs because I didnâ t like the light and it was in the wrong place it was not centered in the middle of my table. So since I had a big hole I my ceiling I asked Marc to move the light fixture for me, I got me a new light and he did a great job moving it to be under my table. He fix my ceiling to he did a great job you canâ t even till there was a whole there. Sherlock Williams gave him the wrong color of paint for the ceiling it was a white my ceiling is a little darker he had to fix some molding to and he was able to mix some of that paint with the ceiling paint and he got it to match perfectly. Marc did a great job I have other jobs that he will be doing for me."

"Isaacs is a true professional who obviously loves and takes pride in his work. He first provided a free estimate, coordinated a installation date with us, and arrived on said date on time and ready to go to work. When I suggested a different river rock than planned and an alternative supplier he had never worked with, Isaacs was very open to the suggestion and went to that source to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. He also suggested the material for the retaining wall which turned out beautiful. We plan on using Delgado Landscaping in the future and would recommend his company to anyone needing such work."

"The company only communicated twice from when we haired them which was April 25th. The first time they said Monday 28th, we texted Monday to confirm, they said they were very busy which we understood. Today may 9th they have never contacted us to do the work. Very bad communication."

"I needed a new section of fence installed as posts had rotted broken at ground level. He put new posts in just fine. But when he put the pickets on he did not copy the spacing on the existing fence. His spacing was 4 inches apart instead of 2 1/2 inches. I got home and let my dogs out. They could literally walk through the pickets. I called him and told him. He would not come out for 3 days to handle. I couldn't let my dogs out of the house without putting them on a leash. When he did show up he was wanting to add a split picket to fill in the spacing. I asked him why he did not copy the existing picket spacing on the existing fence runs. He could not understand why it would matter. Then he tried to split some pickets and add these odd pieces in the 4 inch spacing. I told him that was unacceptable and I had to tell him he had to remove all pickets and redo it with 2 1/2 inches spacing. He got angry and made unnecessary comments. He did end up fixing it but was very unprofessiona"
