He first provided a free estimate, coordinated a installation date with us, and arrived on said date on time and ready to go to work. When I suggested a different river rock than planned and an alternative supplier he had never worked with, Isaacs was very open to the suggestion and went to that source to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. He also suggested the material for the retaining wall which turned out beautiful. We plan on using Delgado Landscaping in the future and would recommend his company to anyone needing such work."

"Billy work great with us, providing a unique front landscape design for our newly constructed home. He was very flexible incorporating our thoughts on our plants along with his design. He and his crew completed the landscape, rain gutter drainage pipe to keep water away from the house and did a complete lawn irrigation system using the lake water for supply. He worked jointly with us and our neighbor for some joint water drainage. We have had numerous people asking who did our landscaping as it has good curb appeal. "I needed a new section of fence installed as posts had rotted broken at ground level. He put new posts in just fine. But when he put the pickets on he did not copy the spacing on the existing fence. His spacing was 4 inches apart instead of 2 1/2 inches. I got home and let my dogs out. They could literally walk through the pickets. I called him and told him. He would not come out for 3 days to handle. I couldn't let my dogs out of the house without putting them on a leash. When he did show up he was wanting to add a split picket to fill in the spacing. I asked him why he did not copy the existing picket spacing on the existing fence runs. He could not understand why it would matter. Then he tried to split some pickets and add these odd pieces in the 4 inch spacing. I told him that was unacceptable and I had to tell him he had to remove all pickets and redo it with 2 1/2 inches spacing. He got angry and made unnecessary comments. He did end up fixing it but was very unprofessiona"

Your sewer line can get grimy quickly. To prevent sludge buildup in your sewer line, pour a mixture of 1/3 cup of vinegar and 1/3 cup of baking soda down each drain in your home once a month. After about 30 minutes, flush the drain with hot water.

Some plumbers recommend 3/4 cup of bleach instead to clean any germs and bacteria that may build up in your sewer line. But this won’t break down any active clogs, and it cannot be combined with vinegar, as the mixture will create a toxic, hazardous gas.

You could be smelling sewer gas in your kitchen because of a dry P-trap, clogged vent pipe, or leaking plumbing seals. If you smell a rotten egg odor, check your sink’s P-trap and plumbing connections first. A clogged or damaged vent pipe can trap sewer gas and push it back into your kitchen through the plumbing pipes. Loose or deteriorated seals around drainpipes can also allow sewer gas to leak out. If you can’t find the source, call a local plumber for expert help.
