The first two phases of the work on the remodel was performed accurately and in a timely fashion. The final phase took much longer and had to be rescheduled several times. Upon completion of all work I waited over 2 weeks for the project manager to make his final inspection. At that time I pointed out 4 things that were either not done, or were only completed half-way. He advised that he would have this resolved quickly. That was in early March and as of today I have never heard back from him although I've called multiple times. I even contacted his manager who vowed to resolve things quickly. Again, no response as of today. My insurance company was prompt in payment for services rendered, however I feel that they overpaid Service Master since all work was never completed.

We buy a contact which is about $159 for the year. We checked other pricing and they are pretty much in the same ball park with everybody else. They have courteous service guys, knowledgeable and they are pretty good at checking back with us to make sure...when we need them with scheduling.

SERVICE MASTER'S CARPET CLEANING TECH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WOULD NORMALLY BE PERFORMED BY MOST CARPET CLEANING COMPANY'S. I ENJOYED THE SERVICE SO MUCH THAT I REFERRED THEM TO MY NEIGHBORS WITH SIMILAR PROBLEMS.
