The dumpsrer was delivered with care. He set it down softly without slamming and driving out from under it slowly. My driveway was unharmed . The man was nice and friendly. The cost was lower than all I tried to get a quote. Oh and I got thwe quote without prior purchase. Everything was as advertized, except for one. The day of delivery does not count twords you... free half day!

James was quick to contact me after telling Angi my needs, He was quick to to respond to my questions/needs throughout the duration of the project. The dumpster was delivered on time and pick up went smoothly as well. I called another dumpster company whose smallest dumpster was a 20 cy. Phoenix also has 6.5 cy and 13 cy cumpsters. We rented a 13 cy wich happened to be the perfect size for us, and, of course, cost less than a 20 cy which was too large for our needs. The person who picked up the dumpster went the extra mile as well. We had called the city to pick up a dead possum. Several days later, the city had not picked it up. It was in a garbage bag, as requested by the city, but decomposing and ignored by the city. Phoenix removed it for us, without our even asking, when they picked up the dumpster. Thank you, James and Phoenix. We will definitely recommend you and use you again if we ever need dumpster service again.

I found using Phoenix Waste Management to be painless. James Randolf did a great job of explaining the process of acquiring/renting a dumpster. He explained the choices, time alotments, sizes available, prices for them and aided me on choosing the size and time frame I could work with. I had to extend the time period once due to bad weather that delayed work over Christmas time (2022 - Worst cold wave I've experienced in 50 years). Good communication for delivery and pickup. I'll use Phoenix the next time I'm cleaning out a house. I recommend them highly.
