"I'm shocked by all of these 5 star reviews, but then again, I shouldn't be considering they ask for a 5 star review BEFORE they do any work during the estimate phase. They dug up our rose bushes and just left them there to die. They left their clothes in our basement and didn't even bother to clean up after themselves. They also left one of their tripods on our backyard. Not to mention, my husband found 2 cracks from their work order that they didn't even attempt to seal. Oh, and the plates they put on the wall are all crooked. Fast forward 2 weeks and one of the plates is leaking. This is abysmal and I recommend you STAY CLEAR. All photos are of "finished" work."

"Wish I could give negative stars. What a horrible company. Weed prevention was worse than when we had no treatment at all so we did not sign up for the following year. They came anyway and billed for the treatment. Had no idea that a prepaid seasonal plan would convert to weekly pay as you go. Did not want to pay for the 2 treatments that I did not sign up for and knew would not be affective based on previous years experience. Lawn managers sent to collections. Stay away from Lawn Managers."

Almost all lawns can benefit from aeration, but not all lawns need aeration services. If your lawn has puddles of standing water, uneven grass growth, thinning grass, dries out quickly, or has a good amount of thatch, aeration is worthwhile. You can thicken new grass by using fertilizer, watering it 1 to 1½ inches per week, mowing when it is at an optimal height, and preventing weeds. You should fertilize your grass while you plant the grass seed, or soon afterward. Use an herbicide to prevent weeds or spot spray with herbicide to kill existing weeds.

Yes, you should water the lawn after aerating. Now that you’ve loosened up the soil to better receive nutrients, it’s time to hydrate and fertilize your lawn. You’ll want to keep it evenly moist to promote healthy growth. Don’t drown your grass—too much of a good thing can reverse all the work you’ve done with aeration in the first place.
