Commercial lawn irrigation handle maintenance of our outdoor lighting that they installed. They take forever and are never proactive with status/communication to the customer. Presently, our lighting has been in disrepair for 2 months. Workmanship is poor and shoddy. Definitely gone downhilll.

Their prices are inflated and they only seem interested in selling their service plan. They were ready to dig up my lawn to find the problem...it was the sump pump which was the first thing they checked and decided it was fine. If I had trusted them I would have been out thousands of dollars.
