My call was returned the same day unlike a well-advertised, well-rated competitor who didn't return 2 calls. Tom obtained the measurements the following day promptly sending me the estimate. He was very cordial and provided thorough responses when I had questions regarding the project. The work was completed a few weeks earlier than proposed and the crew, upon finishing, kindly addressed some details pointed out by my parents.
