"Consistent, professional, personable… No notes! We contracted Loveland Home Solutions to update our aging home’s electrical system. (update panel, install new recessed lighting, add some new outlets, install surge protectors, etc.) Their responsiveness and professionalism exceeded expectations from bidding to work to follow up. Brendin was great at follow up, answering questions and helping us find the best solution for us. Austin and his team were great and respectful of our home and their work precise and thoughtful. They weren’t the cheapest bid in the pile, but the little extra in our mind was WELL worth the peace of mind and confidence to have true professionals on the job. "This was the second time they have come out, and once again they were terrific. The first time, my electric was out for part of the house after a storm: I called them at 7:00 am and they were at my house before 8:00 am. They made two trips that day. They got most things fixed that morning, but had to pick up a thermostat and install it later in the day. Today, they came back out and did so much work in 3 hours. They replaced a switch, 3 light fixtures, 6 wired smoke alarms, fixed the wiring on an outside light, ran the wiring and installed a light on the steps to the basement. And I couldn't ask for a friendlier repairman and office staff! I highly recommend them."
