A-1 Guarantee Roofing did a great job. Professional and competent staff and excellent workmanship. They were on time, for the committed start and completion dates. This was the most efficient businesses we had ever dealt with. We called them and asked for their estimator to come and an appointment was made and he was here right on time. Chad was very good to work with and very polite. He was very good at explaining everything to us and showed us what all needed to be done. We gave him our order that very day and within about two weeks the crew was here to do our roof. All the crewmen were very polite and worked very hard at getting the job done promptly. Their workmanship was excellent and they cleaned up the yard very good and it all looked perfect when they left. The two inspectors that came were very friendly and polite. It went PERFECTLY! I HIGHLY recommend A-1 Roofing If you want an truly HONEST, hardworking company then this is the company for you!! I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this company and their staff is! Chad was so kind, understanding of my needs and courteous through the quoting process and beyond! If you need all the t's crossed and the i's dotted this is your man!! The installation crew were incredibly respectful of our property and did such quality work in a very timely fashion. They kept things picked up as they went and removed debris each day! The onsite inspectors and crew leader made sure all the contract details were adhered to, as well as doing a final inspection of the installation to insure everything was as it should be! The job was completed on-time, with no "surprises" or upcharges. I did contact other roofing companies, one in particular was not so honest-so if you don't want to worry about this HIRE A-1 GUARANTEE ROOFING

A-1 Guarantee Roofing certainly has their business running smoothly from start to finished. We made the call for an estimate and that was done immediately. Ordered the roofing materials and set a date for installation - was done on the agreed date. The crew was here on time and all of them were courteous, worked all day, cleaned up every night before leaving and let us know they would be back the next a.m. - always on time. Five days of roofing and they were finished on the fifth day p.m. Everything cleaned up and you could not tell that they had been there. We would highly recommend this Company to everyone. Out standing Company !!

I sell insurance and have for 40 years I am very particular especially with my own home and have never had to file a claim of my own but did this time I have had a-1 do several repairs always very neat and fair and honest I was so impressed with the complete roof job and the no mess I couldn't even tell they had been there each day when I came home from the office that is so unheard of absolutely the best roofing company I have seen especially for honestly and professional will always use and recommend them in the future thanks pam king nationwide insurance

"[Member Name Removed] After looking into this we find that you called our company asking for a roof leak estimate on June 25, 2019 and reading the notes that we have in our system we are finding when the call from you came in our receptionist informed you that it would need to go on our waiting list and that our estimators are 3 to 4 weeks behind on giving estimates for repairs. Our company has experience a very high volume of calls with the recent storms and excessive amount of rain. We are very sorry we were unable to to get back any sooner and wish you the best of luck with your repairs."

I called, and was told that it would be four weeks before anyone could come out to my home to look at the damage. Four weeks is much too long, as it will rain before then. They weren't very sympathetic.

They were excellent. I've recommended them to other people. He's very, very efficient. It's hard to compare the price because I didn't have any other person give me an estimate. I was impressed with the individual he was dressed very nicely, had a beautiful truck, very polite and he was very efficient. I was very pleased. I have faith in the program Angie's List & I was impressed with the way he presented himself. He was very professional.

I called A-1 Guarantee Roofing and set up an appointment. The roofer called me and told me when he would be there. He was right on time and up on the roof in no time. After he inspected my roof and attic, he informed me of what he thought was the source of the problem, a nail at one of the vents wasn't put in quite right. He gave me 2 options, and I told him which one sounded best to me. He arrived a few days later and made the repair. There has been at least 3 times when the leak would have appeared. I have not seen a leak since the repair. The billing was sent to me and matched exactly as we had discussed. The 2 people that I had contact with were very professional and friendly.
