"Reed's was very prompt with their service and I am very pleased with the results. The trench at the deepest point was nearly 10 feet deep. When they filled the trench the result was very rocky and not smooth at all. The backhoe driver said to give it a couple of weeks to settle and then request they come back out to compact and smooth the area plus reinstall my clothesline pole that had to be removed to install the line. I requested yesterday afternoon for them to come out and finalize the job. They were here at 8:30 this morning. The site looks great, my clothesline pole is installed. In addition, Reed's hauled off a brush pile from my yard without my asking."

Though I fully expected the concrete job to look nice, it actually turned out even better than I could have hoped for. The level of craftsmanship displayed is perfection. All the edges, cuts, lines and finishing are exactly correct. There was no leftover construction mess, and they left the jobsite (much) better than the way they found it. I fully recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Also, I want to mention that John and crew treated very gently and respectfully an aging family member with dementia that would sometimes come outside to "help" while they were onsite working."
