We had a broken drain pipe in the crawlspace and we needed it fixed same day before we had a construction crew proceed with fixes to our crawlspace. They were out within 2 hours of calling, identified the issue and charged a very reasonable amount for the job getting done! Excellent and very nice to talk too!

AFTER A LEAK IN BATHROOM WE HAD TO THE REPLACE CABINET DUE TO MOLD MIKE CAME OUT AND DISCONNECTED EVERYTHING TO START, THE AFTER THE CABINET WAS DELIVERED 2 MEN CAME OUT (SORRY I CAN NOT REMEMBER NAMES) TO INSTALL BASIS PLUMING. AFTER THE CABINET TOP WAS DELIVERED MIKE RETURNED AND INSTALLED FIXTURES AND GOT IT ALL UP AND RUNNIING. ALL 3 OF OUR APPOINTMENTS WERE 0800 AND THE MEN WERE SITTING IN THE DRIVEWAY BY 0745, ALL WERE WERE VERY CORDIAL, PROFESSIONAL AND LEFT THE SITE VERY CLEAN . THEY ANSWERED AND ALL QUESTION AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO WE ASK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO ANYONE. ITS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Before I called them I called All Klear plumbing , The person receiving calls is very nice and professional, but they give appointment like the cable company in 2 hrs range. They would not give me clear coast estimate, and insisted that coast would be determined when they arrive on the site. Having been familiar with this trick from another local company, I told them thanks and no thanks for wasting my time.
I then called Robby Massinger Plumbing, and thank Goodness asked for coast estimate before hand. They gave me an estimate of 530$.!!! Yes that's 530$ for a toilette stall installation and water supply line plus drain line. All for an already installed sink and faucet, provided I have all supplies ready.
I finally called the guys at Far better plumbing.
Tommy was very professional and helpful. He spent 2 hrs and charged me for that, No travel fees, no service call. All flat labor plus material, and even better, I paid him with a credit card as soon as he handed me the invoice, rather than dealing with a mailed invoice full of surprising outrageous charges like Reeds plumbing

They came to the house and did the work. He was fast and did a great job. This company has Great Service, Nice people and very reasonable prices. I have used them before and I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

The furnace closet was cleaner when they left than it was before they even started. Prompt, professional and fair. My dog even liked the servicemen!

The workmanship and service was excellent, and completed more quickly than expected. I was a little surprised by the price of the parts, but that may be because I am used to buying the parts myself and doing work like this, and plumbers may have more markup on the parts. But I was very satisfied with the service.

I discovered a leaking pipe in the crawl space. They came out right away and repaired it. He also helped me with another area of concern, which was not discussed during the initial phone call to the company. The service man was extremely helpful and would most definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We had a bad smell in our house which we suspected was some kind of water leak under the house; the serviceman advised what the problem was but wasn't sure how to go about fixing it but would work on it and get us an estimate on repairs; my only complaint was that it took longer than I expected to hear back from them, but to be honest it was during the holidays and that was probably the reason. When we did get the estimate, they were very prompt in returning to do the work.

Service call went extremely well and the service person was polite and very cooperative in everything every that was asked of him. Very congenial and friendly.

He was in and out in less than an hour and we were very satisfied with his work. He was clean and very tidy.

I had put turkey down my garbage disposal and water started backing up in my sink. I put drain cleaner down the drain and then my garbage disposal started leaking. When I put drain cleaner down the sink, i thought I had caused damage to the disposal. I called Farr Better Plumbing to schedule an appointment at 8:00 a.m. and a 10:00 appointment was set. Elliott arrived on time, assessed the problem and advised that our garbage disposal needed to be replaced. He said that I had not caused damage to the disposal. He offered to install the disposal he had on the truck, but ours was a better grade. He offered to go purchase a disposal that was of the same quality that we had if that's what we wanted to do. We discussed the options and decided to purchase the upgraded disposal. Elliott went to Lowes and purchased a new disposal, installed it, cleaned the drain and it has worked fine since. It is warrantied through their company. We also had a toilet that would not fill correctly after being flushed. Elliott replaced the fill valve. We had a very good experience with Elliott and would use this company again. I felt the charges were reasonable.

It was late in the day when the first serviceman came, so there wasn't time to do repairs that day. The next morning I got my estimate on replacing the hot water heater; a different repairman came out and replaced the heater; price as as quoted. He made sure all the air and particiles were out of the pipes to my kitchen and bathroom. Over all, a good experience. I would use them again.

I will use them again in the future if required.

They came out and did the work when they said they would. The price was reasonable.

They were very thorough and inexpensive. They were very professional. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

We call them for any plumbing needs. If we have any plugged-up problem or if we have to replace something we give them a call. They may have to come and replace the toilet commode. They did not get rid of the stoppage one day we called them and they send out the guy the next day and they did not charge us a cent. Price wise some people are cheaper but they need not be better.

They were very good. They were on time and they were priced right. They were honest. They have a good reputation. Actually a well-known store recommended them to me. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They were awesome and went above and beyond the call of duty. They went to my empty house on a Sunday, made the repair and sent me the bill. Their price was more than fair and the work was good quality. I will use them again in the future.
