"Kevin E. was our installer and did a fantastic job. He was in our home from a Wednesday through Friday. He cleaned as the job progressed and put tarps down to protect our floors from the outside elements. Our new shower was totally replumbed and a new Delta shower fixture installed. What really impressed me was the caulking job Kevin did around all the seams. We are extremely happy."

"They did an excellent job. The vanity they built is top notch. Beautiful. They're guys are polite and informative and quick. They even fixed mistakes in another bathroom that we had had remodeled by another company and it turned out lovely as well. I feel the price was reasonable as the bathroom they had to remodel was in very poor shape. They always cleaned up after themselves and arrived when they said they were going to I am very happy with them and will use them again."

The cost to finish a basement is $18,400 for the average homeowner. However, this cost could be as little as $2,800 or as much as $34,500, depending on the basement size and the materials needed. If your basement is already outfitted with electrical and plumbing, expect the cost to fall on the lower end.
For example, the drywall cost for this project averages around $1,750, but other features, like hiring a plumber, cost between $45 and $200 per hour.
Yes, most states require plumbers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.
