"I do not know where to begin because I am so very pleased with everything that they did! They were very efficient, polite and the finished project is over and above what I could have expected! At one point, they needed one more thing to finish up in a room. The man said that he would come back on Saturday. I told him that he absolutely did not have to do that. He made sure that I would be here on Saturday at 9 A.M. He cam at exactly 9, finished the job and was out of here by 9:30.They were very polite and I did not worry one bit about having them in my home. I would highly recommend Murphy to any one at any time. I forgot to say that that there were 3 different crews here at 3 different times and all of them were the same! I could not be more satisfied. They covered every surface evenly and left no gaps or awkward transitions. They went above and beyond to make sure the plan for a transition was in place even though they were not responsible for installing it. They also too the time to match the pattern of the tile up onto part of the wall so it flowed visually. Small details were noticed. I plan to use them any time my house needs work and go through them for all of my future jobs. Highly recommend. They even met my new twins!! They really cared about me and the work they did. They are a busy team of workers who kept us appraised of their availability for the various stages of our restoration. For the repairs that they didn't do themselves they had excellent recommendations for the professionals we needed such as the carpet installation, closet system installation, kitchen cabinets and the refinishing of our hardwood floors. "Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."
