"We initially started out thinking that we just wanted for needed our tub and shower surround replaced. However, after further inspection we found that the floor was rotted as well. Also the exterior wall and rotted from a leak at the window. They were able to remove everything and access the studs and they replaced the rotted floor and the floor joists. I now have an education on what a mud sill, rim joist and floor joists are. Ours had to be completely replaced. We now have a wonderful beautiful functioning bathroom that is not going to collapse in on us."

"Arborous Construction did a great job, and they were very quick and efficient. They even went above-and-beyond and provided amazing customer service, when I mistakenly thought that they had failed to repair the leak. (They absolutely didn’t fail! Rather, there was a little residual water inside the wall which I later heard drip, and I was just being paranoid.) Even when I wrongly suggested that they had failed to repair the leak, they were incredibly professional and respectful, and very quickly returned to reassess. It turned out they had done a great job the first time, and I should’ve trusted them, but I’ll tell on myself because I was so impressed with their excellent customer service and professionalism, that it deserves a mention. 5/5 stars!"
