"I am so grateful to have found this company for our move from Sedalia to Branson. The men were so polite and cheerful. It was a cold day, but that did not stop them. My husband and I made a bet as to how long it would take them to load the truck, and I lost that bet. They were done long before my estimated time, and I had to buy him dinner! The move went quite smoothly, as they carefully wrapped our things. I can’t say enough about how they worked together. "Working with Michael to set up the two moves with terrific. My problems came from the actual movers. The first movers dropped a heavy piece and damaged it. This group to our items to a location where they were transferred to another group to finish the move. More damage happened. The second move was done by a different group who picked up our things and delivered them. Again some damage. My problem with the second move was with the claim department at National Van Lines. I was overly careful about the damages I claimed (only submitting the largest items or easiest to replace), but had to negotiate to get a fair deal. BUT NVL did set me up with a great guy who could fix most of the damaged items."
