This led to warping from outdoor exposure, necessitating the replacement of all ten balusters I ordered. Recently, while leaning on the railing, it shifted under my weight. Despite contacting Scott, he has not responded. I strongly advise against hiring SJS Handyman; their unprofessionalism includes delayed work, unexcused absences, and the inappropriate use of old materials in the project."
