Dan did an excellent job repairing the door and cleaning up before he left. The Company helped me by arriving early Monday morning to make the repair so I could get my car out to go to Radiation Therapy treatement. Very customer oriented. Having weekend phone hours is a great help when an emergency situation happens.

I get very excited when I see a company that is so highly rated like The Wright Door because my family and I have encountered a lot of bad companies. The Wright Door has earned my highest recommendation, living up to the well-earned reviews here. I called the company to come out. We set up an appointment for the next day. Tom was very professional, honest, and an expert at his job. He called before he came out and saw that the drive belt wore out. There was a lifetime guarantee on the belt, so he gave us the number to call. We ordered it and scheduled an install date with Tom. He called again before he came out and had it installed in a few minutes. I'm recommending The Wright Door to everyone. Fantastic company!

Of our garage doors was not opening smoothly, and often caught on the track on its way up. After procrastinating for far too long, I finally decided to call someone to get it fixed. First call was to Wright Door. Within an hour of my initial phone call, a technician was at my house. He immediately recognized the problem, gave me a cost estimate for much lower than what I had expected, and had the problem fixed within 45 minutes of his arrival. Now the door opens wonderfully. As he explained, Wright will never try and convince you the problem is bigger than what it is in order to have you spend more money than is necessary. Hopefully I won't have problems with the other door, but if I do, I'm calling this company again.

A service visit was quickly arranged and the technician arrived on schedule. The technician quickly identified the problem as interference by radio waves generated by an LED bulb I had recently installed in the unit. Replacement of the LED bulb by an old fashioned 60 watt incandescent solved the problem and the range of our remotes was restored to normal. Some minor maintenance (replacement of roller bearings) was also done. Total cost was $95.

Awesome experience. My door was very noisy and previous person who looked at it said I needed a new door. I went to Wright and was told the new door would be an unneeded expense, but a new opener and rollers should be plenty to fix the problem. He was timely, did a great job, knew what he was talking about, and price was exactly what was quoted. I was very happy with the process.

For some reason right after he left the garage door didn’t close on its own. But My called him he came right back the next morning and fix it. But he showed up exactly when he said he would and it was very reasonably priced, super professional, took none of my time.

Excellent. He called and I explained the problem. He told me about when he would arrive. Once he arrived, he explained what he would do and within about 30-40 minutes he was done. I used a deal and he replaced both springs and all the parts & labor were honored as per the deal. I am thrilled and will definitely use this provider again.

I wish this is was how every interaction with a company would go. Tom showed up, I told him what I needed, he showed me what they had, and I picked out what I wanted (no pressure at all). A few days later, he showed up, installed the new door and it's working perfectly.

Prompt and courteous service, technician explained what he was doing. I did have to make one adjustment after he left because the door was hitting the drive box while opening and that broke a light socket and tripped the manual release so it would not close again.

Door guide cable came off of spool and technician Tom found the problem instantly and fixed without further damage to door. He also replaced all wheels and did preventative maintenance without any hesitation. Was contacted by company within 24 hours and technician called and arrived at house on time. I will call and recommend The Wright Door Company every time in the future that i have issues or any one that knows has issues.
