About us

Anderson Roofing was established September 1978 by Harry, and his wife Carolyn (Lewis) Anderson. The small company specialized in residential home improvements, room additions, replacement windows, plaster, stucco, and roofing. In the begining, the business was staffed with only family members. Harry, Carolyn, Harry III, Michael, Partick, Karla, Kyle Anderson, and Rodney Wright. Lloyd Osborn, a life long friend, joined in the roofing business in 1991. During their 30 years in business Anderson Construction has served Madison and St. Clair counties including Alton, Belleville & Edwardsville IL. Perfect. These guys are great. There was a 1 month waiting list but because my roof was leaking in 4 places they got me in 2 days. Professional, quality, knowledgeable. As soon as he showed for estimate he knew the color and manufaturer of my old shingle. Told me it was inferior product and would not use that shingle. I googled the shingle and yes it was inferior. Many law suits. I was told he only uses the best. I googled and yes his recommendation was the best. I would HIGHLY recommend Anderson Roofing.

Very well. Anderson's was up front about the issues, explored less expensive alternatives first, and they were very considerate of weather and homeowner comfort during the entire work phase.The even tarped the roof at no charge before a big rain storm before initiating the replacement so we had no additional leaks/water damage. We were really happy about that. They were considerate and top notch.

He did an excellent job as far as I can tell. He was a few days late in starting and completion but, I didn't mind because there were a few other factors preventing the sale of the house and it was labor day weekend.
