After the completion of the project the owner wanted his money, but it took another 4 weeks for him to come back and do the final walk through. And then there was one particular spot that was never corrected to my satisfaction. Ben likes to use flat paint so he can cover the old paint in one coat. I wanted semi gloss so it would be easier to clean. Fortunately for me the paint guy at the store messed up and gave us a bit of flat and semi gloss making it more of a satin finish. It took 2 coats so maybe that is why it took longer. Also, the invoices say the estimate includes all materials needed for the job, but he charged me for the paint."
