"We have an unpainted Galvalume roof that is three years old and was getting dirty from an Oak tree hanging over it. Primo came out and gave us an estimate which was very reasonable. Their equipment was nice and well kept and Donminc and Andrew were very personable. We did not want a pressure washer on the roof so the "soft" wash seemed like a good option. They spent several hours doing the roof and made it look like new. We will be having them back when the roof needs an update."

"The estimate and the people doing it was good. They knew what they were talking about and took their time. They said the work would start early February before they can start, which is fine its no rush. But we would appreciate if they could just give us a date. My wife has chased them down and they haven't gotten back to her. Just keep us in the loop, we shouldn't have to chase them down. We understand if the weather delayed or a set back. Its not hard to make a call or send an email."

"I was concerned about my elderly parents climbing ladeers and cleaning gutters (every fall and spring) decided to go with TriState Gutters. Wow! Great service, went above and beyond explaining everything to my parents. The install went smoothly, they even called and told them they were running behind a few hours finishing another job. "We weren't sure who to hire and found this service online. They gave me this company from Springfield. We weren't sure who we were getting. He was wonderful. He was able to get our entire house painted in a few days. He prepped every room. He cleaned up his mess and really did a good job. He put a lot of extra work into each room, even painted closets!
