"I had explained what I had needed and she understood that I needed a deep clean. We walked the house and I showed her room by room. It just was not what I considered a deep clean for $170.00. I just told her that we were going to hold off do to money issues. But between she is up there in age and I believe a deep clean would be to much for her. I will not hire her again. That was nice and if you understand it I guess it is important. However, I can explain the difference between sum of the years digits depreciation and straight line depreciation but only accountants would care. So I asked the price and when. He said right now and I paid him a bit more. I was expecting twice what he quoted so I paid a fair price. Then I left, when I got back it was done and the siding was clean and looks good.
