The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installation crew was fantastic and cleaned up very well after the installation. The windows look great. Overall I am extremely happy with everything.

attempted to get a bid on window replacements - this turned into a seven email exchange where they wanted all members of the family present for the discussion, including mention of the need for someone with power of attorney present. was incredibly bizarre... for a window replacement bid. using a nearby contractor to tackle such a simple job. just wow.

A 2 day installation took over 4 months. Installers would show for an hour and leave, then wouldn’t see them for a week. This went on for months!! Ordered extra screens and they were wrong. Salesman “Paul” was super nice, he was the best part of the ordeal. Would not recommend Champion.

They installed 15 replacement windows... they installed one window (with the opening) wrong. Immediately told them ( installers) they contacted office and said correct window would be ordered. After 3 Better Business complaints, and one letter to headquarters and 5 months of waiting, they installed another wrong window !!! It has now been 6 months and I’m still waiting for the window I ordered and paid for.

We used Champion Windows three years ago to hang six windows on the back of our home ($3,700) and we were very happy with the Company and the windows. If I had reviewed them at that time, I would have given them 5 stars. We wanted new windows on the front of our house and they did not perform the job we ordered and paid for, which was $3,500. The outside caulking job on two of the four windows was incomplete and sloppy. But much more importantly, we brought to Champion's attention the fact that we are now unable to hang blinds on our new windows. They knew this was going to be an issue before we purchased and ordered our windows, but did not share this information with us. When they were at our house making the sale and when they sent people to measure a second time we had blinds hanging. Their solution to our problem was unacceptable. We asked for a partial refund to the installation manager and the division manager. They did not respond to our email. I sent a second email and they are continuing to ignore us. Funny how the division manager communicated with me via email before the sale. He also promised me on the phone before the sale, that they were still the professional company they were when we had the windows installed on the back of our home. When their original sales person didn't show up for our scheduled appointment, I called Champion to let them know and the division manager called me within five minutes. This was before they had our money. We now need to decide whether or not we should pursue this matter in small claims court. This is very unfortunate, as we believe Champion's window is a quality product. However, their concern after they have your money is minimal. If you deal with this company, you are rolling the dice. They are capable of performing quality work, but if something goes wrong, you're on your own.

It went well. They came out and did the work. They did it on time and everything was right. They said they were going to come out. He showed me the samples. I told him the problem that I had. The samples were very good and he was a very good salesman. We arrived at a price and the day to put it in and that's about it.

They were fine. Over a period of 3 years they've replaced all the windows in our house.We did the whole house over a period of three years and we always had the same salesmen. He was always on time. The window in the bathroom is a sliding window, it was put over a whirlpool tup. I thought all the windows were fine. Our utility bills are low.
