He repaired a section of vinyl siding that had come loose and ripped off in a storm. "He was late every day, if he even showed up. Took 3 months to do a 3 week project and never did finish it. I had to have someone else come out and fix what Kocher couldn't after 5 separate attempts. His quality is pathetic. I have never laid tile before and I definitely could've done as good as his work looks. He cut tiles and left them on the wall with terrible touch up paint jobs and called it "art". I was less than impressed throughout this entire ordeal and wish I had never hired him or at the very least fired him way sooner than I did."

T & S went above and beyond. They looked for vintage flooring to match and customized the old-fashioned trim to match perfectly - no easy task b/c this trim and flooring type is no longer made. They smoothed and prepped the wall (plaster/lathe/wallpaper - difficult to work with) for me in areas not related to the lighting installation, knowing I’d be painting soon. Fast, friendly, and professional service. They were prepared with all supplies. They cleaned and organized the work space thoroughly before leaving every day they were there (2-3 days).
