Kevin was very professional and personable. He even showed me more in depth cleaning that it would need on a regular schedule to keep it running smoothly and to help avoid the problem again. He explained what he was doing and why. I really like how he took the time to do that. Very reasonably priced as well. Not just there to make money, he genuinely care for his customers issues.

An overall amazing experience. Kevin was honest, knowledgeable and very prompt with every step of the work he did. I called at least 4 different HVAC companies for quotes. Received quotes from $4,000-$9500! When I called All Appliance Repair he asked the square footage of my house and stated "Don't even tell me what the other quotes were" Kevin was able to do the new installation for less than half what the other companies were wanting to charge. I wasn't necessarily looking for the lowest bid but after talking with Kevin, his frankness and honesty was so apparent! Especially after speaking with the other companies. It was a no brainer. He showed up to the house and completed all the repairs as promised in the timeline discussed. We have had no other issues since that time. If you ever need HVAC work Kevin and All Appliance Repair should be the first person you call!!!

My wife called Kevin at All Appliance Repair on Thursday. He had a full schedule but was willing to come out on Saturday. He also told her to have me call him when I got home from work that evening to see if he could walk me through resolving it over the phone (for free!). I did, and he gathered further information from me, but it was going to require an onsite visit. On Saturday, he was running a little late, but called to let me know ahead of time. He arrived very shortly after he was scheduled anyway, and immediately went to work. After seeming to find the problem (the air flow channels from the freezer to the refrigerator blocked with ice), he cleared it and put it back together. But he didn't just assume it was fixed. He waited to verify that the air was flowing like it should. It wasn't. He did further troubleshooting and discovered that the motor that had been previously replaced was running in reverse, which was incidentally creating the ice he had found. He did not try to sell me a new motor; it was a universal replacement, so he removed the fan blade, pushed the spindle through so it stuck out on the other side of the motor, turned it around, and put the fan back on the spindle on that side, effectively causing the fan to run the proper direction. He also suggested I wait on having him order the water filter bracket until we knew if he would have to come back or not, to minimize possible visits to save us money. He even suggested that I might be able to do it myself, that it wasn't that difficult of a job. The refrigerator ended up working perfectly. I have not yet done anything about the water filter bracket, but I plan to, by having Kevin take care of it. Kevin is a very friendly, personable guy who likes explaining what the problem is and what he is doing to fix it, helping the customer to understand the work instead of keeping them in the dark. He is also is very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend him.

Kevin diagnosed the repair and fixed the problem, at a reasonable cost. Explained the situation and helped us avoid repeating the issue in the future. Second time we have used All Appliance Repair this year.
