They were pretty professional. They could have followed up a little bit. We had a couple of leaks in the roof. They haven't gotten us taken cared yet.

Zack came to our home the same day they were called.  He examined our attic and got on the roof 
to diagnose the problem. After I ok'd his estimate he fixed the problem while it was still raining all the same day!
Very professional and cost conscious. This amazing company does business the right way.

As above he did all those deatails. We've been through a rain storm with some light wind. Last night hard rain, sleet and snow. The wind I though was very high also. So far so goog. Fair price..

Came out the same day I called for the estimate. Repaired the next morning by 11AM

Young man was on time. Went straight for the problem. Did not have what he needed to do the repair and did a temporary fix.
Said he would be back the next day with the parts. Once again on time and made quick work of the problem.

They were there on time, did the job in one day, great clean-up, and the new roof looks great.

The owner came out and looked at our roof and was going to come  back with a bid and he never came back.

The job took about a week.

The roofers tore off and re-roofed one section at a time each day, thereby keeping the house protected against the elements. The picked up all the debris every day before they went home. It was impossible to get every single little piece, but they got all most all of it. 



We have a lot of squirrels in our yard, and we were concerned that a part of the flashing had a little gap in it that a squirrel could possibly squeeze through. We called them about this in the morning, and they came out the same day and re-did this part.



If there had been an A- to give in "professionalism" we probably would have picked that instead of A. They were very professional in most areas, but we had to call and remind them to send us the shingle warranty and the lien waivers. There were very prompt in sending those as email attachments as soon as we asked, but we thought they should have had a system in place to send those out as soon as our check cleared.

A little tricky getting on the schedule with them. But they showed up when they said they would and did a good job. workers were courteous and professional. I'll use them in the future if needed.

Very pleased with all aspects of the service including quality and price.

Absolute Roofing had reasonable pricing and the guy gave me several options. I had pretty much decided to go with him but he never emailed me the quote and paper work which he said he would. He seemed very reliable and trustworthy.

Right up front they were professional they did a good job and I got a 5 year warranty. They cleaned up very well.

Warning:  This is long, but there is a reason why...
We had a nagging roof leak.  It was ruining our our drywall and mold had started to grow in our carpet and I even found a MUSHROOM growing in our carpet!  Anyway, we had our roof repaired TWICE before and neither repair lasted.  I have heard, and then personally experienced, horror stories about roofing companies just doing a repair the quickest and easiest way for them and then if it didn't work just blaming it on somethiong else to avoid having to stand behind their work.
I had heard of Absolute so I called them for an estimate.  The owner himself, Mike, came out to look at our home and give us an estimate. It was a little more than we expected, but of course when time, stress and likely damage to our house is added to that cheaper repair its a much better deal.

It's now been over four months since our roof was fixed and we've had some very heavy rains.  I'm happy to report that our roof is sealed up tight.  Thank God that's over!! 
While Mike was working on our home he also checked our entire roof and gave us a couple pointers and things to monitor. 
Not that this is a huge deal, but he also took the time to show us that our concrete blocks under our gutter downspouts were all turned around backwards.  We had no idea that this seemingly non-issue can do serious damage to our foundation, a fact that was confirmed with a call to two local foundation repair comapies.

It was great. They were a recommendation by my insurance agent plus I looked on Angie’s List, their responses were all very high. I took a look at those 2 things and I called them up to give me a bid. They gave me a bid to do the work. It seemed like they were very reasonably priced.  They were here when they said they would be here. They were very professional. They called me last week to start the job but I was in Alaska. They will be doing work for me. They are trying to work me into their work schedule.

Excellent service. Price was well below other roofers. On time. Completed on time. Excellent clean up afterwards. Roofers were all obviously not illegal immigrants and were polite. Highly recommend this company.
