The carpet was old looking and worn, however the floors were even worse underneath. There were missing planks, uneven soft spots, vinyl floor tile half taken off, it was a mess. Three different tile shapes and color. All lines are perfect. Incredible craftsmanship. They also installed a new toilet, vanity and sink."
