I had water damage in my basement and the company replaced the damaged portion of my floor. The second job was to repaint the entire interior of my home, both downstairs and the main level. And just last week, Average Joe wrapped up the third project...redoing my fireplace, painting my kitchen cabinets and island, and tiling the kitchen floor. I have been more than impressed with the workmanship and beyond happy about how my place has been transformed from the house I bought in 2020 to the home I love living in today! ""Basement - Remodel" doesn't really cover it for our project. We added a great room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In other words, about half a house. I can describe the Tarantola crew's knowledge and execution, both collectively and individually, in three words: "Attention to detail". I grew up in and around commercial and residential construction and I've done some of every one of the jobs required of Tarantola for our project. I was trained to be 'picky', so I am 'picky'. And, I can honestly say that I am not only happy with what they have done, but also proud of what they did and how they did it. Since the late 80's I've built and/or remodeled homes across several states around the country. And, over time, as those projects unwound, I became increasingly convinced that the work ethic that I grew up around was dying, if not dead. Well, I'm happy to report that we here in the KC area have at least one example to prove that there are still people in the business who care."

Each stage of the work was generally on time and the workers were professional and helpful. Julie was great to provide design consultation and kept us up to date on the project status. "My yard has never looked better, a friend recommended Imagine Restorations to me a few weeks ago, I called them and I find out that they are owned by a Dad and 2 sons, River and Ryan, who is can't brag on enough, super professional, on time and superb workmanship, they went over and beyond for us, we ended up going for a cedar picket shadow box fence, they even out bid a close friend of mine, they did all this in 2 days practically, the wood was delivered a day in a half late so they had to improvise, if you need a fence or need a fence repaired, call Ryan or River over at Imagine Restorations. "I normally don’t leave reviews but this company really deserves my 5 star rating! We hired Omni to remodel our late 70’s dungeon basement and they did an Amazing job. We interviewed several contractors but this company listened to what we were looking for and even gave us several different options based on our budget, criteria and design esthetic. They were extremely knowledgeable and even fun to work with, because let’s face it… having people in you’re home during a remodel can be stressful so it’s a bonus when the environment is pleasant and things run on schedule. Now we have an amazing, cozy living space that fits our entire family’s needs, and need I mention a man cave to rival any magazine cover! ? They gave us a quote and they stayed in budget which was also super important to us. In total the cost was $32,000 and worth every penny. We definitely will be using them for any remodeling work in the future!"
