"We were assigned this business from our home warranty company. It took nearly a week for an appointment, May 29 2PM-5PM. At 4:55PM we called for a status. We were told the technician would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 5:45PM we received a call, he showed up at 6:35PM. The toilet needed replacement. We were told the appointment would have to be rescheduled as he did not have a replacement. Today, June 1, we learned they had canceled the service order. No call, no explanation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY."
