Craig Anderson, Residential Solutions, (who I had not met previously) met me at my home and did a very thorough review of my project. He identified damage areas in the siding and trim boards that needed to be addressed. His bid provided details on each of the proposed repairs and on the paint project. He answered all my questions about the type of paint and the repairs. Craig was on the job site a portion of each of the work days. The entire project (minus the earlier siding power spray) was completed in 3 days. His crew also had to work around the gutter project that was being installed at the same time. The crew was hard working and respectful of my property."
