Antonio had his crew working at my home for 4 days. They were on time and Antonio inspected their work daily. Ortiz Custom Remodeling corrected the work on all my doors from an individual I hired prior. They did an excellent job. They had to cut out my bedroom door frame to install a 32" steel door and did that in an hour. I was amazed how quickly they installed it! They sanded, kilz and painted 6 interior doors, three double closet doors and one steel door. They removed the tri fold closest doors and framed in the double closet doors. All my doors fit perfectly and are beautiful. I'm so happy and plan to hire them again for my upcoming home improvement projects. They are awesome! I'm extremely grateful to all of them for their professionalism and kindness. I thank God that ANGi helped me find them. Ortiz stands above the rest of the companies and were also cheaper on the cost.

Based on my previous experience with them, I will not allow them to do any other project in the property since they are not professional.

Antonio was very nice and convincing. His painters were not professional at all, they dropped paint on my new floor, dropped a drill and chipped it, did not offer to fix it after i told him about it. Did not do any touch up, left paint splatterd on my porch and plant stands, hose, brickwork. Left balls of blue tape on top of the cabinets, did not sand or prep the cabinets, paint peeled off. Did not remove switchplates throughout, painted around them. I love supporting small businesses but I would not recommend these guys.

The owner and workers were very professional and knowledgeable. Absolutely no pressure on negotiation of price. I was struck by the fact the owner took personal pride and during the project offered many helpful tips and suggestions on any potential problem areas. I highly recommend them to anyone needing remodeling and painting services. Trust is huge in hiring contractors and I can certainly say this company is trustworthy!
