They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. "After my Father passed away, and while I was getting ready to sell his house, I noticed the floors did not seem level and they seemed to be getting increasingly worse. I called Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement to see if they could fix the problem. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came to the house the very next day and diagnosed the problem.  He concluded that the main structural support beam was a rotting wood beam and that it needed to be replaced with an engineered approved steel beam that could support the weight of the floor. I decided to take his advice and proceed. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came out the following week and performed the work in a timely and professional manner.
Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement leveled the floors with the steel I beam and concreted steel column posts in the basement floor to help support the floor. The floors are perfectly level now.  The team cleaned the job site and were very polite.

Jeremy was able to earn my business by offering the companies 10 year transferable warranty and lowering his initial bid, along with being so professional and friendly. I had an estimate emailed to me with color pictures of the area to be fixed before he even pulled out of the driveway. I knew then that this was the company I would choose, even though they were still higher than the other company I had received a bid from. His crew showed up at the appointed day and time, which was only 4 business days later, as agreed by me, and they spent about 6 hours here. I took pictures of the process along the way which the crew was fine with, and they explained what they were doing and why, which I appreciated. It is too soon to tell if their solution has fixed my problem yet but I am hopeful it has. I will use this company again in the future for some other concrete issues that Jeremy said they could help me with when we were ready."
