84 Dave and Chris from S&B were friendly and professional. They made certain I was completely satisfied with the job I hired them for....replacing water-damaged subflooring underneath a furnace.. The job was awesome, and they even helped me search for my dog that had gotten injured....
Never gave a bid just stated working. End of the day was told the total was $2800 dollars! He changed 8 pex joints and completed glueing existing pvc pipe. Was charged $300 for a $100 dollar faucet, $515 in pex fittings for replacing 8 joints in a 16. X 24 tiny house. It just needs the sharks...
I think once out of 6 months was EVERYTHING actually cleaned. I told them I was dissatisfied and they always offered to come out and clean again. The privilege of having a cleaning service is so that the client doesn't have to THINK or DO anything...it just gets cleaned! I was disappointed...
