There were some unexpected issues that came up with the installation due to the age of the home but he explained what needed to be done and found the solution to make everything work out. My new floor is beautiful. He was meticulous in his work and even went the extra mile to level my old stove. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. "The sales person that came to our house was a very typical sales person and definitely not a designer. That worked in our favor, because we had already made choices on what we wanted. The project manager (Michael Gross) and the master installer (Jim Kesterson) were great to work with. Area's around our kitchen were protected, the work area was cleaned everyday. Jim was on time everyday, and kept us informed on his comings and goings. The project took two weeks and Michael came to inspect the work being done at least 5 times.
