I was very apprehensive about hiring someone to do the job after being a victim of unscrupulous contractors in the past. From the first encounter, I could see that Jim was not one of those. If he said he would call at a certain time, he would call, if he said he would be on the job at a certain time, he was there. There were some unexpected issues that came up with the installation due to the age of the home but he explained what needed to be done and found the solution to make everything work out. My new floor is beautiful. He was meticulous in his work and even went the extra mile to level my old stove. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Jim is a man of integrity and conscience and I trust will trust him with all my future home improvement projects. He was a blessing."

"This was a removal of a bath tub and separate shower. The tub was replaced with a walk in shower and all plumbing was replaced. They took the drywall out to the studs to reinforce the wall for seat and grab bars for my aging mother. Clear sliding doors were added. It was a beautiful job. "The sales person that came to our house was a very typical sales person and definitely not a designer. That worked in our favor, because we had already made choices on what we wanted. The project manager (Michael Gross) and the master installer (Jim Kesterson) were great to work with. Area's around our kitchen were protected, the work area was cleaned everyday. Jim was on time everyday, and kept us informed on his comings and goings. The project took two weeks and Michael came to inspect the work being done at least 5 times.
