With the old patio, we used to have severe flooding in the basement every time it rained, but the new patio has fixed it to drain out and away from the house. We did run into a couple communication issues. The pandemic delayed the start of the project by about 6 months after we had already paid the deposit. The owner Mark helped us resolve, which was much appreciated. The crew cleaned up well and helped fix the fence too. We're glad the new patio fixed the flooding."

They show up when they’re supposed to and they continually kept me informed of the status of when the work would be done. The gentleman that did the work did a great job. I appreciated that they left the area cleaned up at the end of every day. This was my second project using Easter. the first time had them install fencing around my patio. I am now waiting for them to begin work on replacing two of my gates. Knowing they will respond and do quality work makes the entire process stress-free for me."

We then called out a structural engineer to evaluate the situation. Atlas Foundation was proposing exactly what the engineer suggested. Their proposal was also more complete and even included putting our decorative patio back to it's original condition, When work was scheduled, the team was punctual, friendly, and respectful of our property. I hope we never have to have this type of work again, but if we do, I would definitely call Atlas Foundation."
