  I met Blake at my job, we got to talking about my house, and he offered to come out and give me a free inspection. He came out as soon as I was off the next day and informed me of a lot of little bits of damage I hadn't previously noticed, and immediately helped me sign up and get my claim started. Blake met with the adjuster, went over my damage, and got my insurance to replace my entire friggin' roof. Roofmasters also came through and replaced all my gutters, down spouts, and my garage door.   We had storm damage to our roof and our insurance adjuster was only allowing minimal repairs. We contacted Roof Masters Remodeling for an estimate on the repairs and they came out & noted several more areas of storm damage that the insurance adjuster didn’t acknowledge. They organized another appointment with the insurance adjuster & they all re-evaluated our roof. At the end, they were able to get us a full complete new roof with our insurance claim.   We bought our house three years ago. We have had constant issues with remotes not working or the garage door not activating when using the wall mounted control. The technicians were able to adjust several settings, serviced the springs and rollers, and made an adaptation to one of the sensors that corrected all of our concerns.   There are many promises made but they never happen. GDB did not turn this into an experience one would want to avoid.   I went to their office at around 10 am on 8/30/2016 with the goal of purchasing springs and performing a DIY repair on the garage door. I left with an appointment for a professional to perform the job for me. At 2 pm the same day, a very courteous technician named Stuart was in our garage working on the garage door. we conversed the entire time as he was working at the same time learning a few tools and tricks to their trade via the tutelage of Stuart. After completing the assigned task, he performed a complete service of the garage door and discovered a motor bearing that had a short life left and after inspecting it, I agreed completely. For an extra $50 for the parts, he also repaired that portion of the garage door saving me a $75 future service charge if he had not been so diligent. His visit lasted less than 1.5 hours. I was extremely pleased with their responsiveness, and service excellence and would recommend this company for anything garage door related without an ounce of hesitation.   The guys showed up the same day. Replaced circuit board and made my garage door better than it ever been. I will always use 4 state door. Plus added a wireless keypad (2 cool)!!
