I went to their office at around 10 am on 8/30/2016 with the goal of purchasing springs and performing a DIY repair on the garage door. I left with an appointment for a professional to perform the job for me. At 2 pm the same day, a very courteous technician named Stuart was in our garage working on the garage door. we conversed the entire time as he was working at the same time learning a few tools and tricks to their trade via the tutelage of Stuart. After completing the assigned task, he performed a complete service of the garage door and discovered a motor bearing that had a short life left and after inspecting it, I agreed completely. For an extra $50 for the parts, he also repaired that portion of the garage door saving me a $75 future service charge if he had not been so diligent. His visit lasted less than 1.5 hours. I was extremely pleased with their responsiveness, and service excellence and would recommend this company for anything garage door related without an ounce of hesitation. He came out and promptly got to work. He cleaned up after himself and made sure the door worked properly when he was done. The woman on the phone and the service tech were both polite. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were great. It was same day service and it was quickly installed; it looks great after the job. They were perfect.

The guys showed up the same day. Replaced circuit board and made my garage door better than it ever been. I will always use 4 state door. Plus added a wireless keypad (2 cool)!!

..Two men came out when they were scheduled to come and went right to work taking down the old door and installing the new one and we were very happy with the results.

We bought our house three years ago. We have had constant issues with remotes not working or the garage door not activating when using the wall mounted control. We were concerned that the motor may be under sized. The technicians were able to adjust several settings, serviced the springs and rollers, and made an adaptation to one of the sensors that corrected all of our concerns. At no time did they advise purchase of a new system. They took the time to show us how to service and trouble shoot the system.

Informed them on first call that I found them on Angie's list and read the reviews of previous customers. Outlined my problems and scheduled appointment for service call. He arrived on time, fixed the problem, presented me with a bill and I wrote a check.
Very knowledgeable and efficient. Overall very pleased with the results.

The technician from Four Spring Doors was able to successfully identify and repair a damaged spring. The technician did run a little late but was able to complete the job to my satisfaction.
